Warranty Information

Warranty period:
12 months from the date of purchase.

The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in wooden, plastic, or metal components of the set.

Defects in paint or lacquer that occurred during production.

Missing or damaged pieces, provided the damage was not caused by improper use.

The warranty does not cover:

Mechanical damage caused by drops, impacts, or improper storage.

Normal wear of paint, lacquer, or surface due to regular use.

Loss or damage of accessories (e.g., bags, pouches, or additional components).

Damage resulting from improper handling or failure to follow care instructions.

Warranty procedure:
To request warranty service, please provide the original receipt or invoice along with a description of the defect.
Repair or replacement will be carried out at the discretion of the manufacturer or seller.
