Orders and Payments

Customers may place orders through the online store at any time. Payments can be made using the available payment methods at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

All prices displayed in the store are gross prices and include VAT at the applicable rate (23%). A VAT invoice is issued upon the customer’s request. Business customers are asked to provide their VAT number (NIP) when placing an order.

Delivery

Available delivery options include courier services and parcel lockers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Complaints and Warranty

In the event of defects, the customer may file a complaint by email or phone. Complaints will be handled in accordance with Polish consumer rights law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage, or self-made modifications of the product.

Personal Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable law and the store’s Privacy Policy. By placing an order, the customer consents to the processing of their data for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Liability

The store is not liable for:
• damages resulting from improper use of the product by the customer,
• inability to fulfill the order due to reasons beyond the store’s control (e.g., force majeure, carrier’s logistical issues),
• delays in payments caused by financial institutions.

Final Provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law. The store reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. All changes will be published on this website and shall take effect from the time of publication.
