Yes, we offer free shipping to any country in the world with no minimum order value.


FROM WHICH LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP?

Our main warehouse is located in Poznań, Poland. From here, we efficiently and securely ship orders to Europe, the USA, and destinations worldwide.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work as quickly as possible:

Order processing: within 1 business day
Dispatch: within 1 business day after processing

Estimated delivery times:

USA and Europe: up to 7 business days

Rest of the world: up to 10 business days


WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After placing your order, we will process it within 1 business day and dispatch it the following business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If multiple items are ordered together, they may be shipped in separate packages. In case of any delays, we will notify you immediately.


MY PACKAGE ISN’T TRACKABLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sometimes it may take up to 5–7 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the system. If you still cannot track your shipment after this time, please contact us at info@luxgifts24k.com and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.


WILL THERE BE DUTIES/TAXES ON MY PACKAGE?

Each country has its own regulations regarding import taxes, which are beyond our control. If any taxes, customs duties, or fees are applied, the customer is fully responsible for covering them. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined solely by your country’s customs authorities.
