Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please first use the return function in your personal account on our website. This is the most convenient and fastest way to submit a request.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the information and the address where the package must be sent. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (for example, special orders or personalized items).
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Option 1 (standard)
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Option 2 (for items of the same value)
If you wish to exchange an item for another of the same value, we can ship the replacement on the same day once the return is confirmed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Orders and Payments
Customers may place orders through the online store at any time. Payments can be made using the available payment methods at checkout. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
All prices displayed in the store are gross prices and include VAT at the applicable rate (23%). A VAT invoice is issued upon the customer’s request. Business customers are asked to provide their VAT number (NIP) when placing an order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
